Chinatown Tai Chong Kok confectionery is a household name product of Singapore for many generations.

Our delicious mooncakes are exquisitely handmade, following the orginal recipes and unique taste that have been handed down from generations. The mooncake is made from the finest natural ingredients without preservatives added. Our aromatic superior groundnut oil is cholesterol-free and very low in saturated fats. All our mooncakes contain olive kernel (榄仁）, an expensive nut sometime known as chinese pine kernel or white chinese olive. It has a delicate flavour, flaky-texture and cream in colour. Under stringent quality control, the fillings are made from famous Hu-Nan superior grade lotus seed （湘莲), which have a soft and splendid flavour. The delicate skin that wrapped the fillings is skillfully handmade, moulded distinctly and made from bromate-free flour.
